All orders are subject to product availability. You will be notified if an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, and you will be refunded the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is provided via e-mail once your order is placed subject to the shipping method chosen by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and are based on the shipping date rather than the order date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Orders are shipped approximately 10 business days after the order date. If you would like to receive your order sooner, expedited delivery is available at an additional cost. Please be aware we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, large or heavy items, or faster delivery. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

You may return any unused, unworn item, with tags attached. Please contact us at within 24 hours of receipt of your order with any damage complains. It is necessary to provide image proof of damage in order to return the Items. For any other return please notify us within 24 hours for instructions on how to return the items. Items must be returned in store, or postmarked within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non refundable. The original shipping cost of your order will be deducted of the return amount.

Returns will not be accepted on any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery won’t be subject to a refund.

Once we receive the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

All sale item purchases are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are only subject to size exchanges if the desired size is available.
